Service Description

Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled approximately two weeks after your initial consultation, and then continue at two-week intervals thereafter. These appointments are designed to provide you with ample time, lasting between 15 to 30 minutes, to discuss how you have been since the last appointment and assess the progress of your treatment. These regular check-ins allow us to closely monitor your response to the prescribed remedies and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. Our priority is to ensure that you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in your healing journey.

Cancellation Policy

We have no cancellation, no refund policy. If you need to reschedule the appointment, please inform us 24 hrs prior to accommodate your request. If you are based out of Maidenhead UK, the medication will be couriered and will be delivered in 8 to 10 days from the date of appointment.
